Payoneer is the Internet-based Financial Services, which is located in the United States. Payoneer provides free virtual Prepaid Master Card for withdrawal Money and Transactions from the Freelancing Marketplace. Which will be needed:
Any citizen aged 18 years or over can apply for this card. In order to that a national identity card or driving license or passport will be needed.
The card can be used for:
As a Master Card you will be able to withdraw money from any ATM Booth where the Master Card logo is shown. This Card allows POS payment and online shopping/payment.
How can you load money:

Cost of card:
Monthly maintenance costs of the Card is 3 dollars. But Its cost is 1 dollar per month if you can load money more than 2 times. However, if less than 3 dollars are available in the card in a month, which will be the maintenance cost. If you withdraw money from the ATM booth, 2.15 dollars will be charged for this.
If you are unsuccessful to withdraw money from the ATM, you will be charged $ .90 for this. If you check the balance of the card account $ .90 will also be charged. The cost for a new card, or changing a card is 12 .95 dollars. No charge for the offline (POS) or online shopping.

There are three steps to get the card. Firstly the registration, secondly ensuring the address and thirdly accepting the card.
