Membership Plan: There are four types of membership plan   in accordance with the demands of contractors in ELance. This feature is definitely the best feature than other Freelancing sites. Each Contractor refrains with fear from making fruitless bid for losing their Connect for a month. Connect: A Contractor will be able to make bid up to a maximum numbers in every month that remain fixed, which is called the Connect in this website. The amount depends on the number of membership plan. Basic (Free) members will get 15 Connects in every month and they can make bids to maximum 15 projects.

A sum of bellow 500 dollars for 1 connect, from 500 to 1000 dollars for 2 connects and 1000 dollars for 4 Connects of the projects are required to make bids. The member of Individual, Small Business and Large Business can achieve more additional connects with fee if liked. For this every contractor is to paid  5 dollars for each of the 10 connects to the site.

Minimum value of the Project: What will be the minimum cost for a bid or Offer (Proposal) of a Contractor in a project, depends on the project budget. Proposal of minimum $50 is allowed to submit to the project for cost of less than 500 dollars. Minimum proposal cost is 300 dollars in the project of 500 dollars to 1000 dollars. But the proposal cost is 700 dollars for the project over 1000 dollars. 


Granted payment: There is the opportunity for surety of payment in Elance in the case of two types (Hourly and Fixed Price) jobs. In the case of Hourly job (Fixed Price and Tracker job) ELance ensures  the payment guarantee at the end of work by the Escrow System.


Support system and Help center: If any disagreement is created about Work, payment or other cases with the client, the Elance support team helps actively. Other earning sites where is the client friendly, Elance there more emphasizes the contractors. The contractors must be the honest in that case.
